2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.



3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options at checkout, depending on your location:

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Next-Day Delivery (Netherlands Only)

Order before 15:00 = Next-Day Delivery

Availability: Netherlands only

 

For customers in the Netherlands, we offer next-day delivery on all in-stock items.

Place your order before 15:00 (3:00 PM) on a business day, and we’ll deliver it the next day.

Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Example: Order Monday before 15:00 → Delivered Tuesday.



4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website.



5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.



6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Blue Lobstr is not responsible for delays caused by customs.



7. Delivery Issues


If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:

Please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local postal facility.



8. Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at info@bluelobstr.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed.



9. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages


If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address:

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you choose not to have the item reshipped, we may refund your order minus the original shipping fee.
