Eligibility for returns
• You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
• If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Please contact us at info@bluelobstr.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
